Dear Farrukh Ahmad,

Thanks for your advice. Tomorrow I will submit with new reference letters from all of my previous employees together with cover letter explaining the situation. I will write details of my particulars as I still don't have file number. Do you think CIO will take my reference documents from my previous companies which I will send tomorrow to put under my application package?? As my turn is have not start yet, because I am Aug 25th applicant(coming on next 2 or 3 weeks time).

OR should I send the whole new application package to CIO as I know my existing application is not complete.
Please let me know your comments.

dear Mayat , you can reapply till 30 June 2012 because your NOC has no cap problem, you have sufficient time to reapply. wait till the end of November , when you will receive the response of your application , then you could easily decide , so my suggestion is don't send additional document and don't reapply until you receive PER OR NER
