Hi NKKD,
I did send proof of birth letter from consulate here in USA,
but i think now i will be working on affidavit from parents. But i am not sure how to make one from parents, Could u please send me a smaple how to write affidavit and what to do in order for it to be authentic as aprrof of birth document.
Just wanted to share my bitterness last time they send the NER was reason for not providing enough prrof of residence for my relative residing in canada nothing about birth certificate and this time about birth certificate. why don't these CIC mention all reasons at single time. For that reason, i just got enough proof of my relatives, ignoring other proof for birth certificates.
This time wondering if i send it the same documents of my relatives which was of date almost 4 months before, will this be a problem? do i need to send them the updated recent bills and employment letter of my relatives?
please all forum members and experts share ur ideeas...

Dear suji,
Did you send 10th certificate. These people who process our applications do not like to be surprised while looking at the documents. Tell them everything boldly in the cover letter and the it works. If your cap is still open, you should try again.
I was in the same situation as you are in when I applied in july. My application so far passed a completeness check without a birth certificate. I sent three replacement documents and an explanation for the same in the cover letter.
1) Proof of brith letter from consualte general of India in USA (if you are residing in india, then you may get a letter from your place of birth muncipality that there is no record of your birth)
2) Affidavit from parents that I was born to them on x date in y place
3) 10th Class marks list
This should definitely work.
