If its NER then by when we rec the orginal document/file which we submitted to CIC???

They communicate both PER/NER by email which is same as letter on ecas.

When Application rec was the status till that time Mailing address was shown in my eCas Status. When they change the status to PER (which i gave in my earlier post) Mailing address was gone.....

AVSNEH - Does ur eCAS shows mailing address? Until last friday, my eCAS was showing mailing address when status was "Application Received". It disappeared today..

I've gathered from this forum that the backlog is stretching from Sydney in Australia to Toronto ;-) hence the anxiety!

Sure I will share my anxiety. But for now, the only one seems to be "IN OR OUT"!!! Some thoughts based on data and experience, in this respect, would be so welcome.

We have practically put our lives "on hold" as of now. We needed a new dining table, which we decided not to buy. And such other situations. My bro is coming to meet me and he asked what gift he could get me, I asked if he could get the Canada Visa for me.....LOL...that seems to be the only gift I want.

VO is New Delhi, NOC 0631, Appl rcvd by CIO 14th Sep, IELTS submitted. Now waiting for PER, 2nd PER, Medicals, Maple leaf stamp, and WHITE CHRISTMAS ;-)

I think that there might be a chance for you and your husband to make the cap, I understand your anxiety but please be positive as you have a chance, even if you don't make it, you can always try next year.

WOW. This is such a relief. Yes Mel, I read somewhere that this forum represents 3 to 4 % of the applicants. Hence this does make sense.

I would like some opinions from the seniors here, though.

Guys I made statistics for our spreadsheet u see the total no of application sent is 203 which divided as follow:

150 applications sent in July.
35 applications sent in August.
18 applications sent in september.

I think the no. of applications within cap will slow down with time as the rush time was in July.

What do you think am I right?

They will just begin the week later.. so lets pray and sleep..

I think post July 12th-13th applicants will receive the result of their Eligibility Review on the last week of October..

but hoping to be earlier than that..

Jokes apart. Good analysis. But what are your thoughts on Melkhatib's comment, on the number of applications slowing down....highest, by far, being July, and decreasing gradually. Would really like to know your opinion on that. Waiting.....

These are my expectation for the Cap for different NOCs bases on application reached and processed till July 21, 2011. i am using july 21 because its the last date for which we have information regarding the CC/BD encashment. so it means that the Cap update of 20th September includes the application recieved till 21st July.

Applications that receive a negative eligibility determination will not be processed and will receive a full refund of the processing fee. The application and documentation submitted will not be returned - excerpt from Operation Bulletin 318
