Awaiting initial processing means cc/bd charged against the file nd waiting for eligibility review

Dear Ravi, Your details must be on their IT system. Isn't it? If they haven't openned the envelope how can they say it is on initial review stage. They could simply said "we couldn't find your record on the system".

Yes after they receive ur file the first stage is initial review stage for completeness......
then cc or bd charging is done
and then finally an officer checks ur file for points nd c whether u qualify or not.........nd accordingly they issue a PER or NER...

I had sent them the tracking number of the courier........
Nd in the e-mail i had mentioned date , time and received by DOUG the DOG...............
So they must have checked that they have the file somewhere with them and they replied accordingly..........

ND they must have some type of records of the files received..........
