Hi all, my question may sound silly but I don't want to make any mistake :'(. In the new generic form under personal details, Q.2 says 'Have you ever used any other names........'. Now if the principal applicant is a married female, then does she have to write her maiden name in that column?

If any of 'First Name' , 'Middle Name' or 'Last Name' is changed after marriage or due to some other reason in official documents, then you must write other name.

my bd is still outstanding and not negotiated too.but i heard theres some Cc charging post july15th applicants (noc 3152)..

I dont know whats the system of BD.. some applicants in INdia reported that their BD has been encashed already..I just dont know if its as fast as other countries.. I live here in the phils..and havent heard of any BD encashed yet..

I send them a mail bfore i completed 6 weeks wil they reply once i complete 6 weeks or shuld i send them a another mail oncei complete 6 weeks

They say on their website that they won't reply if you have applied in the last six weeks. You can mail them again after you complete 6 wks to know your status if you don't get a reply for your first inquiry before that.

If you use or have used any other name i.e. nick name/s, names before marriage or at birth then you should write it other wise put "N/A"

Yes the maiden name of the PA and also the other names PA might have used which appear on the certificates/documents etc.

Can my case be added on the spreadsheet, I applied under NOC 1122, my application was received by CIC on the 2nd of August 2011. The visa office selected is Damascus/Beirut.

on 43rd day (07th SEPT. 2011) i sent them a mail,

EARLIER THEY WERE REPLYING IN WORKING 4-5 DAYS , INSPITE OF MENTIONING THAT THEY WILL CONTACT BACK IN 20 WORKING DAYS .
