looking at the worksheet, cut-off date for NOC 1122 could not be 8 july because there are already people who applied under NOC 1122 whose application was rcd 21 july and payment charged on 8/30/2011 (shriji).. so possible cut-off date now is july 21 for NOC 1122 ;D

I have thought about that. I am not sure if you remember few weeks back when the numbers where being published, one update had lesser numbers than the previous one for a certain NOC (1 less application in 2 NOCs).

The same thing could have happened with 1122 and CIO had to open other applications to fill the spots emptied by whatever caused the app to be rejected. Obviously they cannot turn back to applicants from 8th of July who's application was already heading home, instead they chose another 1122 who is qualified enough (preferably paid using DD as it is more secure than CC, and had obvious abvious advantage over the other applicants i.e. scored more points) and encashed his DD regardless of when he applied (like Statish maybe????).

I am just trying to make sense of things here based on the updates from ALL MEMBERS of this forum, basing the analysis on the fact that the information posted is true until proven otherwise.

are there any noc 3152 applicants whose files were received on july 13 who got his/her BD chardged?

I just inquired with my bank today and they told me ..Its still not negotiated!

Wonder why?? other noc (1122) whose apps was received on july 21 got their bd encashed already..

Hi Satish, Even my application is also received by CIC on 25th July 2011 for NOC 1122. All this news about capping is done on 8th july 2011 are correct or not ? Please comment. I applied my case through consultant and he said there no chance of capping on 8th july. He said we have to consider capping according to cic website. What you think ??? B'coz I am vey much confussed now b'coz of some people who get return file mails.

I am working in an organization where HR only responsible to keep working duration and supervisors are authorize to give job description (job responsibility). For this reason, I have to collect two reference letter from two different person (HR manager and supervisor)-one from HR (for working duration) and another from supervisor (for job description).

1. is this going to a problem?

2. Do I have to give any note in cover letter regarding this?

You dont need to get worried the only best thing I will suggest you to wait for next 15 days you will be clear. And if you dont make it might have Plan B for that and if you dont than start to make it and try to look for other Job profile other than 1122 and work with them for a year and than apply in that category.

It's better to put a explanation in the cover letter for Reference Letter.

I send them a mail bfore i completed 6 weeks wil they reply once i complete 6 weeks or shuld i send them a another mail oncei complete 6 weeks
