700 CAP (full) of Federal Investor Category -guys what is the noc of federal investor category?

Im quite confuse because Ive been reading here that the TOR should be sealed in a University Envelope? But my agency told me that Its okay to submit TOR not sealed in an envelope.I could even submit my TOR last 2007,so I did not apply for a new TOR..Also,Ive been trying to submit my original diploma to them, but they refused to accept it since they are just requiring a photocopy of it. I am just confused because Ive been reading here that it should be notarized, sealed etc? can somebody clarify this issues? :o

Hi,

It depends on the VISA OFFICE checklist that you're following, for example New Delhi visa office requires transcript on a university sealed envelope, however on Manila visa office checklist they just need certified true copy of the transcript..there are different requirements in each VISA OFFICE.

Goodluck..

link for Manila Visa Office: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37025.pdf

for BD: if you have a photocopy of the BD you bring it to the issuing bank and tell them you would like to inquire if it has been negotiated or encashed. tell them it is crucial for you to know coz you used it for your application processing fee to canada.

hope this works, goodluck :)

yes you could ask your aunt to inquire from the bank. so far for us July 11 applicants nobody's cc/bd has been encashed yet so we do not have any timeline yet to based it from for now. we only based that 10-15 days from POST JUNE 26 applicants' timeline.

let us know if yours has been encashed

HI! Im new here but ive been monitoring the forum since last year. I just filled my FSW application (VO manila) under NOC 1122. Sent yesterday, waiting for it to reach CIO. Just want to share my timeline with you guys. How long does it usually take for DHL to deliver to CIO Canada from Manila?

Hi, on my marriage contract, my mother's name also has a typo/clerical error. My consultancy recommended that I submit an affidavit of discrepancy (for the mean time only for the submission of requirements) but eventually I filed for the correction of the clerical error at the civil registry (this could be requested by the Visa Office).
-miguelboogle

You just have to submit an affidavit of discrepancy for all documents with typo error duly notarized and signed by the primary applicant. that's all you need to support your claims of errors.
