In MI3, NER means fee refund !

If your application was assessed against the six Selection factors,Refund would not be made as your submission has been processed and points awarded but short of 67 points.

You may re-check your letter to know if it was assessed against Age,Experience,Adaptability,Proficiency,Education and Aeo

Congrats to everyone who have received MR and PPR!!!!!

I am new in this forum. I have one question. My visa office is New Delhi. I applied for permanent residence on August 3, 2011. I received my PER on October 28. After that I have not received any AOR. I was just anxious to know that are there any chances of getting direct Medical request without AOR? Are there any negative consequences of not receiving AOR? what are the reasons behind no issuance of AOR?

I will appreciate your help!!!

Yes, I was assessed against the six factors. It is interesting what will happen then. Did anybody have such a situation? Please, share experience!

You are right buddy but we have two types of NER:
1. If your applicant crossed the Checked Completeness staged and as revised was was not assessed against 6 selection factors,Refund you will be refunded.

2. If your applicant was assessed against the selection f actors and was short o 67 points, REFUND WOULD NOT BE MADE.
