Thanks Robin & strangeforever, even if I'm a July 8 applicant my NOC 1122 puts me at the end of the NOC queue at the VO. In simple words my file is still awaiting review. This is what I've learnt after closely following the MR trend sent by NDVO with respect to NOCs.

I am in pretty much the same boat as you RKC. It has been an arbitrary process with hardly any method to the processing madness. Perhaps the only positive to draw from our extraordinarily long waiting time is that patience will be a virtue required in abundance when we do land in Canada and adjust to life in a new home country.
