Some of my experience today that will help people going for their MRs. In New Delhi, the Medicals are done at Max Medcenter N110 Panchsheel Park and they have 4 doctors on the panel those are DMPs for Delhi, India.

by the way my special focus was reply label,which some of our members missed. I hope now every1 will take special care for reply label while opening the package.

Its really good to hear that. What did they say? As they said in my case that my file was kept on file. If they say file in a que that means they will open your file very soon. Hope we will have our MR very soon insallah. Best wishes.

Actually it didn't say tht its in the queue. They did say tht its in the file. I figured tht they mean its in the queue. Now I don't know if there's any difference.

Hi Luckymystery,

what do you mean by reply label?

In my MR letter they have said to use the enclosed reply lable to send the documents back to LVO but there was no lable that came out of the envelop!!!

I thought that since I dont have to send anything back to them, I am okay. I am assuming that I will pay RPRF online (but looks like I am wrong and there must be a form somewhere on the site that I need to fill my card details and send)

Any suggestions?

Any member here received MR from Buffalo office?

You seem to be very innocent. Buffalo has not even started processing October 2010 applicants as of now. I am ashamed to have chosen buffalo as against New Delhi. It could be a year before they touch your file.
Buffalo VO is focussed on working with Canadian Experience Class (CEC) applications. CEC applications should be processed in 5 months but they are taking 8 months for this priority applications and imagine the fate of our applications.
Pending MI-1 applications (Jan 2010- June 2010) have been sent out to different VOs within USA (LA, Seattle, Detroit, New York etc.,) to clear the load off buffalo. God know when they will work on our files.

By the way, did you get your 2nd AOR through email or snail mail. I did not receive mine but I know my application is with them as I notified buffalo of my address and it was updated on ecas. Good Luck with your application. If you want your family quicker, you should try a visitor or dependant visa. I do not think you have to wait until they issue your PR.

i have recieved a reply from LVO stating tht they have recieved my file and placed it in the queue. no further action is required at this moment.
its a bit of a relief
i wudnt mind if it is considered to be the 2nd AOR and i am turned orange. i am tired of being green

Congratulations to all LVO applicants for receiving MR...I came back from holiday yesterday and found my letter waiting.

The letter is dated 13th Jan and posted on 16th Jan.

They have asked for medicals and RPRF to be paid.

Got to call the DMP now for an appointment.....
