This list he already has with him. What I wanted was the "lead statement". In my NOC there was a lead state (basically summarizing the duties list) followed by the list of duties, but for his NOC I couldn't find that. Would you help with that please? The lead statement.
I am basically trying to make sure he does not miss out on the keywords (which are often mentioned in the lead statement) while compiling his list of duties.
As you know he already got a NER due to his consultant's carelessness. This time he should file a flawless application. Thats my intention, for him.
