Hi All
Again, the letter that came to me through snail mail mentioned MR, RPRF and PCC . Now, Is it necessary to have these sent together or seperately ?
I understand that the Medicals will go directly to the VO , what about PCC and RPRF. Should I send the RPRF now or wait till I get the meds done ?
PCC might take like a 15 days to obtain here in New Delhi. Since I was in Manila and applied in Manila VO, They also asked me to do the NBI clearance. For NBI, I already went to the Philippines Embassy and did the NBI formalities and send the pack to my friend in Manila and hopefully he will be able to obtain the NBI clearance.
I guess what I am asking is whether to ask him to courier back the NBI clearance certificates to me and then combine them with the PCC from Delhi and then send them together with the RPRF or should I send the RPRF , Let the meds reach them as per process and ask my friend to deposit the NBI clearance at the CEM and I send the PCCs when they come ?
Do I run a risk of documents getting lost / unnoticed if not sent together or am I just being over cautious ?
Any feedbacks / comments are very welcome ?
Regardd

hi Rahul,
just to share my exp.. I submitted both my RPRF and NBI clearance to my agent..my nbi was encoded on Nov 2011 and was issued on December 2011 because I have a same name..not exactly the same..hehe..I have 3 names thats why it was hit (I think),,the agency told me its okay not to have another nbi application..so I went on vacation..then after 3 days,while Im on vacation..they called me to submit another nbi..then I was a bit shocked coz Im on the beach..but anyways,I told them that the medical letter clearly stated that the NBI clearancce must be issued with in the last 6months upon their letter date Jan 4,2012..
but I still applied for a new NBI last week, then the release of my new NBI will be this Feb..
I called my agency regarding this and they informed me that they have already submitted my NBI
to the CEM last week..so my RPRF was sent by them on JAn 12 and the NBI clearance was sent on Jan 17..I told them that the CEM might be confused why my rprf and nbi was separated and they told me its okay since they have a cover letter with my file application # and details,.CEM will still receive it and put it all together with my files..they will only start processing for ppr once they receive our medicals..
(I was a little disappointed with this scenario but lets just pray
)
same as with other applicants that I know.. the other partner is in another country.. so their medicals were done separately and nbi were not on the same envelope..
