Hey friends, I just got back from work,logged in and guess what I found???? 2 minuses Just wanted to say that I am sorry if I hurt someone's feelings. I honestly did not mean to. I'll post less frequently now.

I intentionally don't mean to hurt sentiments. But of course every person has the right to his/her opinion. So I accept the minuses as graciously as I did my plusses.

But I did want to say sorry to whoever (2 people). Please accept my apologies.

u are the heart and soul of this forum and we all need you to be here every day. Please do not consider
posting less. I'm sure someone will compensate the 2 minuses because u are appreciated by many of us.
After 168 hours I will be able to cheer you up again.....
Is very sad, that someone tried to destroy that special bond we were able to make between all of us!!!

We all deserve a better life in this world and Canada is the country chosen by all of us to live in and become proud citizens.

I consider everyone on this forum my friend because we aspire for better and the common ground in final destination is the bond that connects all of us daily on this forum.
Who knows, I would like to think that,..... in one day I will meet some of the nice people from this forum on the streets of Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, etc etc and remember the time we were all scared and in desperate search for the right immigration answers....

Thank's for reply guys but my ECAS status was exactlly the same even before PER.
I was able to get my file number 8 weeks after application was sent to Sydney by writing
an e-mail to them.
Since then, no change whatsoever, no line RBVO or another AOR from CIO.
Anyhow I will wait another week and contact them again.

I am also an FSW2 applicant and was reading your ealier posts where you have pasted your PER letter. I have seen such PER letters sent to FSW2 applicants who have kindly shared it on this forum. However, I notice a small difference in your letter. I don't mean to alarm you and get you worried about it. I just thought it could be worthwhile bringing it to your attention so that if you feel necessary, you could seek the inputs from senior members about it.

I am pasting below the paragraph that is different in my PER :

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of Arranged Employment in Canada.
Please note: The requirements for Arranged Employment are outlined on: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp#factor5

And your PER states :

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.

This is what applicants from the eligible occupations are receiving. But our case is different.
Our NOC is 1122, but we both sent our application after the cap was reached. The only reason we have a PER is by virtue of an Arranged Employment. May be the text of your PER will have no impact on your further processing. And please don't get me wrong, I am not trying to cause you any distress here. I am only alerting you incase you find it necessary to seek clarification.
