Yes Dear because beginig of the year they work on prejune files and then july2011 aplicants will start in february at slow speed and in march2012 they will pickup speed and cover till september2012 applicants for sending MRs.

Second thing, if you look at last year ndvo post june2010 spreadsheet u will know that they started issuing visas from may2011 onwards only.So we will start getting MR in bulk in the month of march 2012 and visa issuance will begin from may2012 onwards.

Those Applicants file received on 4th & 5th July By NDVO.. They have issued MR 1st week of Dec...
so just 3 or 4 Days delay of receiving file creates such a long difference.. now more than one month difference..
