As I had stated earlier, it is because of not providing your job duties in your company's letter head. Self declared job duties are no longer accepted.

The title matters too. But if your job duties are as per the NOC, the title may not hamper your application.

Your NOC is at 225. If you want to re-apply this year itself, you must hurry. Send it ASAP!!

iam from india applied for canada PR visa in FSW1 through an CISC authorized agent under NOC 7216.but i got NER after my credit card was charged saying that immigration officer

was not satisfied with duties and responsibilities stated as it didnt match with duties and responsibiliries stated in NOC 7216.but i didnt copy paste the duties and

responsibilities from NOC and i ensured all the duties stated in NOC is covered.while applying
we have given the duties and responsibilities through a statuary decleration on an judicial stamp paper and not on my employer letter head and along with it we have attached a

letter from my employer giving my date of joining and current designation since my employer was not ready to give a letter explaining my duties and responsibiliies. my agent

has submitted application saying that iam applying under the job title Aircraft maintenance engineer engine over haul foreman and my declaration was saying iam an aircraft

maintenace engineer only. job title under noc was aircraft engine overhaul foreman. now my agent is saying that application was rejected becuse of not giving the duties and

responsibilities on employers letter head.

i wanted to know what will be the reason for rejection is it due to wrong job title or submitting a statuary decleration describing the duties and responsibilities.

even now if im going to ask my employer for that letter describing my duties and responsibilities .i feel he is not going to give me this time also

so i dont know what to do this time.please advice...

I NEED HELP HERE

i applied my application for FSW which was recieved by CIO on Aug 2 and the ecas status is In-Process.
My VO is New delhi
i received my PER on Oct 27 2011.
i have applied thru a consultant but upon asking again n again they told me about PER in the end of Nov. i dont know for what reasons they did not let me know about PER
I still havent received 2nd AOR from NEW delhi. Is it usuall that 2nd Aor takes this much time or my consultant is not telling me about that..

Welcome Khosa,

It usually takes about a month from PER date to rcv your AOR from New Delhi. So you should have rcvd your 2nd AOR long back.

2nd AOR is not all that important. However its going to be soon time for your MR (Medical Request) PPR (passport request) and RPRF and that's mighty important. So its advisable that you sort out your differences with your consultant as soon as possible. There's definitely something amiss.

First of all
GET RID OF THE AGENT....!!!!!!!

Secondly ur application was rejected bcoz of u not providing a reference letter on the company letterhead signed by ur immediate superior or ur employer.....
next time u apply
attach a visiting/business card of that person who signs ur reference letter with the reference letter..
title does not matter
but its the duties that matter...........
make sure u try to cover all duties mention on the noc description
twist nd turn the words written there and write it in ur own words...
U will surely get through.....

Dear solitude,

I did not undergo SEC assessment. It will expire in april 2012, but my Ielts academic expires on feb 6. so its not possible to take without IELTS.
otherwise I need to apply for student visa and take the assessment in canada this month. its very expensive. so, I am planning to register with ontario.

I got first assessment forms last year feb from ontario. but I did not apply yet. Planning to apply once I get my MR.

Dear vnca,

I also have an opinion that to registration Ontario is a good choice as they dont have sec assessment, no need of IELTS in the beginning stage and IELTS score also need less compare to other province..

Do you have any CRNE Study materials?
