I was living in France more than 4 years with residence card,
but now I backed to Egypt and I´m working now in it but still having the resedance card of France.
my wife is the main applicant and we are living and working in Egypt,
the question is?
now I have to get police certificate clearance only from France or I have to send all the file from France because I have its residence card?

You need to get a PCC from France as well as well as Egypt, no matter where you apply from. Trust this answers your query.

I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a skilled worker. I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Subsection 12(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) states that a foreign national may be selected as a member of the economic class on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada. I got MR by Email.... Actually my consultant got an email day before yesterday and she sends me yesterday....
I am paying my PRPF by INR and mode of payment will be DD... (You can pay it in any currancy... if you pay it by CAD then you may need to pay the extra charges for conversion of currancy and transaction...)
Ecas status is not changed.... still showing In Process...

How you need to pay your Visa fee is it Indian rupees or Canadian Dollar DD..?
What is your E-Status shows?
