I have obsereved in our post July2011 spreadsheet that London visa office is issuing MR directly instead of AOR. Five applicants out of six were asked directly MR instead of AOR and remaining one have received AOR followed by MR. Moreover they are issuing MR in 120 days after PER which is a fast response. Because last MR received by end dates Sep11 Per applicants.

I have a little confusion In above mentioned case about sending original documents.

Will LVO ask for original document along with MR?

Today I have received my PER by the grace of God.

Admin, Kindly update my details. PER on 10Jan2012.

OHHH go2moorthy....this is where the blunder happened It is clearly mentioned that self attested duties and responsibilities are NOT acceptable anymore. Not even for self employed folks, let alone for people working in an organisation. You must make an effort to get this from your employer, on the company letterhead, signed and sealed by your boss, mentioning his/her designation. You also have to attach his/her business card. I wish your agent had told you about these finer details :

Dear go2moorthy your highness is saying right, self attested job duties are not acceptable. If ur boss is not helping u then u can take help of any of ur coworker or some senior person in ur organisation who knows u and ur work very well.jus get a blank letterhead from the organisation, write duties, signed by any person mentioned above(attach his/her bussiness card), put organisation seal and send it. No need of ur boss in this case. If required CIC will call to the person whose bussiness card would be there with letters. Put all the job duties as mentiond in the CiC website but just change the order and the wording so that the sense of line remains same.Nothing else required. Y
