my employer was not ready to give a certificate like that hence we went on with judiciary, even some of the forum members sujested similar procedure.....

It was acceptable till last year...self attested copy...but not for this MI. It is clearly mentioned in the document checklist.

Anyway whatever you decide, fighting your NER, or applying fresh, please DO NOT appoint an agent. We are all here to help you if you get stuck. Gosh it's so frustrating to hear about these blunders from agents, all the time.

My application was received on the 17th octomber, NOC 4152, visa office Bucharest.
