VINOD, ITS THE SAME WITH ALL OF US WHO HAD THEIR ADDRESS DISAPPEAR AROUND THE SAME TIME.hope its good news.

n as an advice save the address of CIO n if possible ur VO in the contact list if u dont like rummaging through ur garbage bin.

Me too the same received on 22-8 encashed on 14-11
My own knowledge that if there is unclear docs the file is raised to the verification centre.

if so many ppl r gettin the address reappear at the same time it cud mean one of these two things:
1. either it was a system glitch
2. the CIO n VO process the applications at some specific point in time. like they make a set of applications n start workin on it n when the process is over they go onto the other set of applications. (its a bit unlikely but it may happen like this)
the third thing cud be tht after the holidays they have started processing a number of applications which were on the queue.
i dont know! its easy for sherlock holmes to say 'its elementary, my dear watson'. n i am no sherlock holmes

Tdy, I received the email from CIC in which there is an application NO. E0000xxx4x, I was told by my friends that:I have got my PER, I wonder it is true? If it is true, I got this per in Jan.6th, 2012. Thank God!!!

If it has "Positive Final determination" mentioned then its PER no doubt. Can you elaborate a little bit more?

n yes i do recall reading a post earlier at some other thread where the member mentioned tht his address disappeared n reappeared in mid dec n early jan. n his status has changed to 'in process' after the address reappearance. i hope this is indeed the case with all of us whose ecas has suffered from the same ailment.

more clarification needed. but i do think tht having a number starting with E. does indicate a PER.

Address disappearance and reappearance

It seems like some sort of process by CIO or other third party( even at this stage nothing to do with CIO ). Previously I thought it specific our visa office doing some work on file. But today almost all the visa office applicant address reappearance happened. It means something very common for all applicant is going on. Whatever it is, a very good luck to all of us.

Hi YH. When I log into my ECAS, on top comes my current mailing add. Below which is the following line:
"If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status."
Then below it is "
"Applicant Permanent residence status
My name In Process"

As u can c there is no option of add change. Is it how it is wid u or is it just me who hasn't got d hang of it. Wd appreciate if u or anybody on the forum cd shed some light on it. Thanx.

Its right there Chekav. I wonder why it isnt reflecting in your ECAS status.

Anyone facing the same thing like Chekav, please help him out!

I am still not able to login to check my eCas. My PER came on 29th dec. any thoughts? I have tried every combination with uci and application numbers.

i think when they all gone for long holidays, the system might have switched off thru out canadiam embassy offices and now they switched it on after holidays.
