But i never got my refund Though, acording to CIC website application on or after June 2010, those receiving Negative determination of eligibilty will not be processed and will recieve a full refund.

If you consult the 2010- 2011 cic guide, you will realize that once your application is put into process and you receive NER, no REFUND will be made!!!!
