I seen three non sds rejections applied on 16 and 17 sep from pakistan, received decision today... too fast lol and all refused

I just got refusal non sds applied from Home country. Very interesting reasons. It was for myself not for spouse.

I applied first time for study permit on 17 Sep.
1)Purpose of visit
2)your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

i dont know how silly they are. I just had an offer letter even i didn't pay seat deposit non refundable 500$ and my bank statements were genuine but after printing statement i withdrawn all money. No check and balance on financial statements even one statement was till July. WTF

I got good grounds for judicial review to spend some time and not get bored.

reason of refusal ties outside country of citizenship or habitual residence

Same day reconsideration and same day pursued Judicial Review in federal court

file reopened in 4 days after reconsideration

PPR 11 OCT

its took more then one year me and my wife were struglling for canadian study visa . Luckily she received invitation for PR OID Saskachewan on 6 september draw

my SOP was simple and mentioned dual intent as well as course relation
