@aspirant256 @DesiPikachu as you aware my spouse have refused 4 times for study permit. Recently she received SINP nomination in occupation in demand.

Today i received college admission offer in a relevant one year certificate for myself. Basically i was feeling i will not get LOA from Canadian colleges because of my age 43, huge educational background but fully covered in job, i have been in UK for study in 2011, later i studied relevant courses in 2013 and 2016, so technically educational gap is 2016 to 2022 but all covered in experience.

Now i need advise should i apply for study permit even spouse has invitation to apply for SINP permanent residency.

Whats in my mind

I am UAE resident and working here. I will apply from home country next month so home ties will not be an issue becase i am in Pakistan due to my father death in July.

For employment prospects i wil show that i working in UAE so its wont make any issue.

But most important an idea in my mind is i should attach ITA of spouse for PR on which we preparing documets to submit before 5 November.

And clearly inform visa officer about my dual intent as i want go on study permit while spouse has ITA for nomination and on basis of her i will become permanent resident of Canada. I think i should take a try. I feel ITA will not confuse visa officer about i will not leave Canada after study.

You guys suggest please

Applying for SINP will just add another reason why IRCC doesn’t feel like you are a genuine student.

Hello
Just reading through this thread…what’s the likely outcome of a settlement offer for a judicial review against a refused study visa these days? I mean what’s the point of a settlement offer if it will be refused again.

SINP not for me. Its for spouse. I want apply for myself as study permit and will acknowledge dual intent

It will be assumed that you will want to accompany your spouse if their PR application gets accepted and that you aren’t intending to return home after your studies. You can certainly apply again but there is a very high chance of refusal especially given your 4 other refusal, change of degrees, etc.
