1. You do realize that is YOU that has to file for JR not the IRB or RAD. You have 30 days from date you receive the refusal to apply for Leave to the Federal Court. Suggest you starting some reading here: https://www.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/pages/r...edural-charts/application-for-judicial-review

You have to apply for federal court. I do believe your case is still at irb. Once you file for court irb will transfer your case to court

If it’s a refusal, it takes between 4 to 8 months. If it stays longer, there is likelihood that it will be positive.
