i think your case is still with irb because claim didn’t pass.IRCC and IRB are different organizations from Federal Court

1. You do realize that is YOU that has to file for JR not the IRB or RAD. You have 30 days from date you receive the refusal to apply for Leave to the Federal Court. Suggest you starting some reading here: https://www.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/pages/representing-yourself/procedural-charts/application-for-judicial-reviewBut sohaib how is it possible because last corespondent between us and irb was negative appeal result?
Did you mean my case passed to Federal court or still at IRB?Hi

You have to apply for federal court. I do believe your case is still at irb. Once you file for court irb will transfer your case to courtDid you mean my case passed to Federal court or still at IRB?
My advise, immediately contact to your lawyer and take the complete details of your case, as he's the one who knows your case better than everyone here, don't confuse yourself with various options and opinions as no one can guide you precisely unless he knows everything about your caseBut sohaib how is it possible because last corespondent between us and irb was negative appeal result?

If it’s a refusal, it takes between 4 to 8 months. If it stays longer, there is likelihood that it will be positive. How long does it normally take JR to give decision?
What happens if it's negative? And what next ?If it’s a refusal, it takes between 4 to 8 months. If it stays longer, there is likelihood that it will be positive.
