I have created an excel file to have a better understanding the list created by Star, at this point of time the excel list is updated but for future all you need to do is to use IE or Chrome to access this forum and copy the information posted by STAR and paste in this excel file. I am not hiding any formulas or not putting any password just to share the knowledge as if I can create this you can imagine how far I can go to protect it.

hello everyone, i am so confused because today i check my status changed to decision made and also received email from cic london asking for more documents to further process my case,they again ask me to send photographs,forms including immooo8 form,federal skill and background declaration form,and also new uk police certificate and proof of sibling residency in canada. plz anyone guied me that what should i do because i send them already these documents with proof why they are asking me again??????and also if they are still processing my case then y they changed my status to decision made???


MY NOC WAS 0111,THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY NOW I AM PREPARING DOCUMENTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE GIVEN
ME 45 DAYS TO SUBMITT.
MY STATUS WAS CHANGED LAST MONTH IN JULY TO IN PROCESS, BUT WAS NOT SHOWING ANY ADDITIONAL LINE,NOW IETS SHOWING
DECISION HAS MADE CHC WILL CONTACT U ABOUT YOUR CASE.ON SAME DAY I RECEIVED THEIR EMAIL REGARDING DOCUMENTS.
I WANT TO ASK U ONE QUESTION I CHANGED MY ADDRESS AND REDIRECTED MY MAIL TO NEW ADDRESS SHOULD I CHANGE
MY ADDRESS PERMANENTLY BECAUSE IT WILL SHOW ON MY POLICE REPORT AS I ALREADY INFORMED LAST MONTH TO CHC ABOUT ADDRESS BY FILLING THEIR FORM ONLINE.

Hi. We are on the same boat. I just checked my status and it says decision made while we did not yet received any medical request. We have changed our address too, does it has anything to do with the status posted?

My status changed to in process by Jan 2011 but till date i did not receive medical request.
Let's just be patient.

I agree with you.... but don't understand the reason for such biased attitude for Pakistani applicants.... may be the number of applicants from Pakistan are in huge numbers as compared with other countries and this is the reason for delay.... I do believe that Indians / Bangalis might also be in huge numbers but atleast their local CHC is processing the Visa thats why they may get PRs much earlier as compared with Pakistanis!!!

Original Birth Certificates

Hello Alihaider and all the participants!

I have reapplied my FSW 1122 application after falling short of cap last year.
I was born in the UAE and reside here as well.

My question is:

Do CIC and London VO STILL require the original Birth Certificates of Pakistani applicants?
Since I do not have my Original Abu Dhabi BC, I got the copy notarized and translated legally.
And in order not to confuse CIC, I did not send original BCs of my wife and daughter and hence
notarized theirs as well. Would this be accepted? However, I sent my original Marriage certificate.

Looking forward to your expert feedback.
