I guess it's just speculation, b'coz the guy break this news is not shearing his source of getting this info...

So be calm and cool... we all will get positive reply from CHC soon... Inshallah.

I am not agreed with Nectar.
Info he is providing is not authentic because the source is unknown.
It is clearly written in the OP6 Manual that applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Delays are possible in case of missing info or other issues.
Delaying some specific NOC becaue of more number of applicants or saturation in Canadian Job Market is not mentioned anywhere.
Canadian Government clearly states that they are not responsible for providing jobs to the immigrants so they may delay some visas due to quota issues but theoretically if there is quota of 6000 applicants and all are 4131 then they can not delay on the basis of NOC.
This is my personal understanding of the law and other members have the right to disagree.
Regards
Salman

yes :( :( :(

but dont worry inshAllah we will get our medicals in next 4 months. I think CHC London have started work on 2010 applicants. Lets see

Country boy is the applicant in the list Got verification Call.

Hi,
I just like to share with you that job verification call was received at my given work place phone number. I have been told that the caller just asked couple of questions.
Q 1. confirmation of name
Q.2 Has he worked for this company.

I have been informed It was a very quick and short phone call. Also, my on line statues changed from RBVO to " In process" just 4 weeks ago. I think things are in progress specially for the late 2009 applicants.
Good luck to everyone.
