My degree was without attestation of HEC but in university's sealed envelop.

Hi,

VO can either ring the person whose business card you have given and confirm some details from him and then call you to confirm those things with you if they match means its genuine. Or the other way is that VO might ring the HR department of your company and confirm the details with them.

Thanks Nadeem ... Strangely it never changed. It still shows Received at CIO when I lookup using the first file number and as I said with the 2nd AOR, there is no status either

Mate your original transcripts should be in university sealed envelope not you degree. Notarized copy of Degree would be suffice.
