Today i received the standard reply from CHC London to my email regarding case update, so they still seem to be hopeful to complete M-1 cases review by June 2012..... so i can keep my hopes alive as well....

Azmat, I will suggest that you should always use email address to send emails to CHC London. I tried couple of time using web services but did not receive any acknowledgement or response. But when I used email address, they did respond to me on my inquiry.

Guys who have recently been sent the refusal letters,

What is the base of your confidence that they have misjudged you?
did anyone else submit the same type of Jobs and duties but got approved?

medicals received line was never added for me. i directly received PPR without this line. i know a couple of other applicants as well who didn't have this line added to their e-cas, but they have now received the visas. so i assume, this depends upon the visa officer working with your file. just my two cents.
