Hi Ahmad!

Dear one needs just 67 points (there is no such thing to make case stronger) to pass and look they have already issued him medicals without seeing his relative's must seen documents like tax papers,birth certificates,pay slips, T4 statement, etc. Staralihaider did not send these documents before and if these documents were really required they hadn't issued him medicals. I think points are not awarded for his relative and he scored just 67. It can be seen from his CIAPS.

In my opinion he shouldn't have included relative in first place if he knew he can score 67.

But now becasue he had done that so CHC London has asked him to send additional documents for relative which he doesn't need actually. Point to be noted here that these documents are hard to get...

This is just my sole opinion and starali can do whatever he wants to do... :)

For me there is no problem to get documents from my relative in canada and today they have sent all documets which VO required.

hi,i have a query that my e.case status changed to in process with date define 1 feb 2012.i also received a call today from Tcs Karachi that a package will be sent to my station on monday.There is no notification from my Lawyer yet about this package.I would like to ask,would it be my medical request? Regards

On medicals it is written.

They give me 60 days for medicals.

90 days for total time.

After this

Plz allow us 4 months to process this.

apparently there is a strong probability that you will get you MR package as your Ecase status is in process with the date..... this is just my observation.... Seniors are in better position to give their feedback on this..
