I have a complete bachelors in Computer Sciences from FAST Lahore.
I worked as a programmer, business analyst for 4 years and then for the last 7 years , I am working as an IT Manager.
My brother is a Canadian Citizen.
My hubby is PHD and teaches in NUML.
My age is 31 and my hubby is 36. Hope that helps.

I am still waiting for someone to guide me a process to appeal while I am waiting for my GCMS notes and the "love letter" from CIC.

Honestly I didnot go to any institute for IELTS study. I prepaird at home for 3-5 days when my brother sent me a couple of latest books with CDs from Canada to prepair for IELTS.
My Letter was written by the managing director of our company and the letter matched the responsibilities along with a few more that I do.

first of all i would like to tell you not loose hope as many people who get DM status still do receive MR..
secondly, it really does not make any sence that a person as much talented as you are can get a rejection... u certainly have adaptability points then both you and your husband are educated people.. and its totally amazing to see that u scored 9 band on IELTS!!!! i mean how can u do that!! or how can anyone do that!! Mashallah your profile is very impressive, and agar aap ko reject kiyaa jai gaa, tu maray jaisay kaa kyaa ho gaa.. (
but not to worry, inshalah things will work out for the best for all of us, and i hope and pray that this dm is a system glitch..
so have u been working as a IT manager somewhere? how was your experience letter? did u match your JD to what is requirted on the cic website?

Hi!

First all I am sorry to hear about your DM status. Wait for official confirmation, in some cases it had turned out to be an error. God forbid if it is rejection then you have 2 options. You can either ask for reconsideration or go to Federal court. Option no.2 Federal court is an expensive and time consuming and only very few people go for that. So better write a reconsideration letter.

That should be addressed to Program Manager of CHC London. But first of all you need to know the reason of rejection. If it is because of job duties mismatch then I see dim chances for you but if it is because of wrong calculation of points then you have fair chances of being accepted.

At the moment just wait for the letter and once you get that tell me and I would guide you how to write a reconsideration letter.

Concluded with all my open observation that LVO is very biased, prejudice and very critic towards Pakistani applicants. Specially if you see
Applicants from India , Philpinos
and Bangalies then you will find
Out that their processing is much faster , rejection ratio is much lesser and issuance of visas are very higher . There are many factors but my

Well, you will not be short of points for sure unless they make a mistake, now DM status could be of following reasons,
Wrong calculation of points
You are working but JD is not satisfactory for Visa Officer,
Any important document is missing or
An error

Sure you should appeal but after seeing the letter of rejection to know the reason and then appeal accordingly

Wish you goodluck, we have cases here on this forum who have won the appeals

Faisal is the applicant in the list submitted his medicals and updated documents in the mid of March 2012, today he got strange letter that you didnt submit your spouse 550$ fee so kindly submit this fee in 30 days.

Even he already submitted her spouse fee in April 2010 with full documents.

i read that u r a IT manager, and to become a it manager at such a young age is just amazing..!!!
mashallah u really are a very talented and smart person...!!
u just studied 4-5 days for ielts and still scored 9.0!!!!! that is just toooo much!!! i have done MBA fromcbm, and i was a good student, but there is no way i could score a 9.0...
i have also sent u pm on this subject.. please check it and reply..
