What is this and why now a days some pre June 2010 Applicants are getting this type of letter.
Thanks Mr.Cheeta,cheeta37 said:Ali And all Members,
As processing fee is only return at first stage in case of rejection before processing so it shows our processing time of 12 months started from processing date mentioned in e-case status.
now some applicants will get visa ( final stage) with in 12 months may be in 8 months, 9 months or in 12 months.

This is letter shows that processing time started from the processing date mentioned in e-case status.
keep in mind processing time of 12 months starts after completion of review stage and start of processing stage of application.
as our applications were not in processing since we applied and proof of it is refusals of applications on the bases of job duties mismatch.

What is this ? What about those who have just submitted the updated docs and waiting for the MR? should they expect too this kind of bulllll*censored word* letter
I agree with Nizami. If any pre-June 2010 applicant belonging to NOC other than 0213 gets such letter then it could be general 'Hold -On' scenario for all categories otherwise it could be category specific delay.nizami said:I don't know if anyone else pre-June 2010 belong to different NOC got this kind of letter. Let see mine processing date is March-16-2012, if i get this kind of letter than they are putting us on hold for next year otherwise there's some other reason like holding of certain NOC.

I think this is the reason now a days they are not sending medicals for pre june 2010.
They are sending only RPRF and update documents request.
NOC | Name | Full Doc | Ecase/Date | 2AOR | Verifictn | Medical |

Sending immigration medical exam reports
DMPs must forward all immigration medical reports to the regional medical office in their area by mail.
Do not send immigration medical reports to the visa office processing the applicant's file. This will only increase the processing time.
Medical records must be sent within five days of the receipt of all required information. In urgent situations, DMPs may request that medical records be expedited. DMPs may forward these records by commercial courier, at the applicant's expense.
Applicants are responsible for all shipping costs.
