My ECase status changed from RBVO to In Process on 27th January 2012..... Since then i am waiting for MR.... Should i send case specific enquiry or just wait?

Inside line is "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 27, 2012".

A week ago I send an email to London office, see my mail and then their reply which i got today,
Dear sir,

Very recently I have seen examples of document update letters to the applicants via normal mail in Pakistan, which arrived almost a month late and sometimes will never arrive. Please do not use the postal service in Pakistan that is not reliable at all. Use only email or reliable courier services and i am ready to pay the charges upon receiving.
As of now I have not received any document update letter from your side.

Need help, If anyone can, following are my Ecas happenings:

Last Wednesday my status changed from RBVO to Decision made, address disappear inside details were same. I have wrote to LVO no reply received as of yet nor any letter received through mail.

On Saturday March 3 my address reappear. Everything else, inside details were same.

Today, inside details changed and a line is added at the end, "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Please suggest.

@Javeri99, I am in the same Shoes, My NOC is same, last week my ECAS status was changed to DM and inside details were the same. i sent an email to London VO and i got a very standard reply saying my application is in process and no further action is required from my side... Very Vague, Dont know whats happening...

I agree with you they are just careless. Contrary to your reply, they advised me that all communication will be sent by TCS courier. I think there is no point sending email or wasting time now. Just leave them alone.
They need to do a lot to improve their services. Thanks

I think they have some standard replies ready, and they select one from them and send us. In the bottom they have mentioned medical services also, is it normal ?

Could not agree more. A government employee is government employee. Careless attitude not knowing other people has their heart in their mouths. But In God we Trust.

All that is good for us will happen enjoy.

Nothing can be said. But it depends on case to case. Normally if every thing is clear to IO, then you can expect to get it within 2 weeks to one month. I have also seen applicants who status turns to actual in process in Jan 12 but they are still waiting for their meds or update request.
