Hi,
I am very excited and would like to share a very good news with all the forum friends. My case was refused on the basis of wrong calculation of points by the visa officer. I got refusal letter on 27-01-2012 and send my detailed reply on 30-01-2012. I received an e-mail today from cic london office stating that they have re-opended my case and it has been approved. Additional documents request alongwith medical papers will be disptached in the next few days.

and all other 0213 must recheck their duties according to the NOC...
i think our turn is on our way...
because they are doing with 1111,0111,4131 right now...

agar immigration nahi hote to na hoo...
q k agar aisa hova to wo log is qabil nahi kay ham jaisay qualified logo kooo sahar sakay....
or agar ho jate hay ... to phir un logo koo hamaray jaisay qualified bando kee buhat zaroorat hay ....

Following is the Case History of my application.



Applied: 4-06-2009

Received in Sedny: 11-06-2009

DD Encashed: 12-07-2009

AOR: 05-08-2009

Doc Sent: 26-10-2009

Online Status Changed to "Received by Visa Office": 23-11-2009

2nd AOR: 2-12-2009

File transfer to London: 30-06-2010

Updated Documents including Fee to add Spouse sent: 26-01-2012

DD Encashed: 16-02-2012

CAIPS Applied 2nd time: 23-02-2012

My Two contact numbers are mentioned on e-case status one mobile number and 2nd PTCL number. My PTCL number is written incorrect on e-case status and also on AOR envelop received from CHC, i also submitted more then 3 emails and also letters to CHC for the correction of PTCL number but its still incorrect,But when My first CAIPS issued on 4th April 2010 in CAIPS file it was written correct.

please suggest should i send case specific inquiry for rectification of PTCL number and asking the current developments in my case ?

i am still having status In Process with RBVO inside.

Ordering CAIPS is always beneficial having no harm on case

its better to get actual facts and comments of VO rather then just rely on personal guess

just see our forum member shaziabibi is very much relax and confident because she got the exact comments of VO on her file.

Letter Received from London Visa Office Via courier:06-Jul-2011.
and e-status is "VO have received your file and Pending for review".
what do u think after reading my timeline...
should i go for CAIPs.
