If the Job Description does not match is the case for rejection, then why we send the application for the review to CIO. It should have been rejected at that stage. If we could not prove what we written at that time then it should be rejected.

There is nothing mentioned that for this NOC you should have this much points. The points should be the same irrespective of any NOC and that is what written in the OP6 guide.

What is the logic of Decision Made before processing start. How can they analyse the documents are forged or not without starting the Processing and all verification procedure ? Do you mean to say that all who are in the "In Process" stage have there documents and Job duties verified ?

Please seniors your valuable input is required as i am really confused about this.

I have checked the EG7 guide and forum posts again.
Until now I have found rejection due to
1- Job description not matching the NOC.
2- Ability to economically establish in Canada (Proof of funds)
3- Language abilities IELTS Score. One applicant had enough points but got rejection because his IELTS was not enough for 4131 NOC. NOC specific IELTS requirement is not mentioned anywhere but someone got rejected due to this.
4- Rejection due to presentation of forged documents.
Now if someone is having
decision made
without appearance of processing date
and
doesn't falls under above categories then don't worry.
ITS PROBABLY AN ECAS BUG.
Order CAIPS to be sure about that.

Salman

Yes , Its received by Visa Office. Can you please share about the verification call ? How do they determine and what they asked ? Did they called at your home or Office ?

Actually my mother got the call but she is very aged and she just told them that i am not in UAE.

:)
this abbreviation used a lot just confirming
