has it been one year since they received it? if yes, you can follow up using web form or call the agent
Yes, my application was received on Oct. 13th 2017. I sent a web form query yesterday and waiting for the response (Though most probably will receive the generic answer).
I try to call them later this week.
when this background check is done all of us will attend the same ceremony 
Wow. I did my test a few weeks ago and still no DM yet. I was worried because for a lot of people it seems their status changes within 24 hours. But after reading this thread, I realize just how random this process can be.

Test : March 2018
Called call center today and they said its in security check. As per GCMS notes, criminality has been cleared, foreign prohibitions in progress and due date is 16 nov 2018 on that.
As year has been complete, anyone planning to have their MP check with CIC?
