Hi Gurus

Please , Could any expert clear my doubts.

1.Where to see the job requirements for canada, could any please refer some very strong job requirement sites ? (for example in USA we do see the requirements in Monster , yahoo hot jobs , indeed and dice).
2.If we have the Canda PR all organizaitons in canada will treat same as citizens for opportunities ? (Example in USA , GC and Citezenship both have similar options except some army/security orgs).

PR's in Canada have the same rights as citizens except to vote and certain jobs by the government/military.

A person coming from a different country though without Canadian education or work experience whether they are a PR or citizen may find it hard compared to people who are already in the Canadian job market. An employer wants to know what he's buying.

Either canada or USA to establish initial contacts , how to approch the job opportunites for new people coming from other countries it will be a difficult for atleaset 6 months.
Do you think USA experience equels to canada exp ? my plan is once i get the PR , I will try from USA , canada fulltime opportunities, If i get full time , i will go to canada , otherwise I dont even take risk ! because now we know how to live in usa in difficult situations.

One More Question : If I have Canada PR , Can I Apply for TN1 Visa without staying in canada longer time ?

What I feel is with USA experience you can easily get into good job in canada !
