Is there any job site where jobs posted only for TRV or Open WP holder. In most of the Cases unless you have PR, it's always difficult to find a placement .

There are many websites, where you can find job.

www.workpolios.com, www.monster.com, linkedin.com, www.kijiji.com
etc.

the best way is to find in google, and we will get many websites for jobs.

I think MumbaiIndian is hoping to find a website advertising jobs with existing LMOs. I have not found anything of this kind.

For LMO, there is the Job Bank where the employer has to run an ad first before Service Canada would process the LMO request. You can give it a try, but I don't know how successful this would be given the employer running ad on Job Bank would normally have a foreigner as candidate to begin with.

If you have open work permit you are legally eligible to work for any job . I would suggest to apply to all the eligible jobs other than govt jobs . You are usually not asked if you are on work permit or PR and the company who ask specify it on the job description that you have to be PR or Citizen.

I may have misinterpreted Sabidhawan's comment, but whether or not an employer states you have to have a permit, it is illegal to work without one. I understand that some job postings clearly indicate they are not interested in applicants who are not already authorized to work in Canada so there is no point looking there. All employers would have to obtain an LMO to hire offshore employees and obviously the ones who make it clear they won't do LMO paperwork must have no difficulty getting local staff.

Employer does not need LMO if you have open work permit and work permit holder is free to work for any employer. Employer only needs to do LMO paperwork if the employee needs a work permit (closed).
