That is not a NOC. The link you provided gives definitions for LMIA exemption for an employer. Do you fit in any of these categories? Has the employer even filed for the LMIA? You can’t file for a closed work permit until you have a LMIA.I see..it's Level A

Financial auditor/accountant--I see but I think I don't fit in any of those categories so probably not LMIA exempted.
