how do you confirm that companies do not exist? This is a scam. This company doesn't exist. Yes, stop communicating with them.
Easy - check the website. It is so fake. Based in Edmonton with all those multi million dollar projects - not a chance. If you even look at their projects, there is now way they have completed any of those projects. Google the projects and you will know. You can tell if fake especially addresses. LMIA - you don’t sign a LMIA. The employer applies for a LMIA, pays $1000 and proves no Canadian or PR can do the job. Then you apply for a closed work permit. There is no such things as signing a LMIA.how do you confirm that companies do not exist?
Yes - this is fake and a scam. It's possible they might use your identity documents to commit fraud. Don't give them any more information and make sure you don't give them any money.Gents

Replied to DMG :Still fake. No such thing as a LMIA signed agreement.
What legal immigration fees? There has not been a FSW draw in over a year and are you even eligible? Why are fees in USD since all IRCC are in Canadian. You are being scammed.Replied to DMG :

We hope for your good health.
This is to bring to your attention that all the legal fees of the
immigration process must be paid by the candidate. The Employer paid for
LMIA.
This is not a Work Permit or Temporary Visa. This is an Immigration
process under Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker. We are not hiring
you on a contract. You will be a Permanent Resident and later Passport
Holder.
As per the Government Law, the Legal Immigration fee must be paid by
you, and the LMIA fee must be paid by the Employer which is paid
already.
Immigration consultant will be assigned for your visa and work permit
approvals, he will contact you after initial evaluation and he will
provide you complete guideline including a list of other documents which
has to be signed and filled with additional information. After receiving
your documents with the filled forms, they will verify the details and
send you the payment details to proceed with the first step. They are a
team of highly qualified professionals. They will never ask for any
consultancy fee from the candidate as this is part of their
authentication mark. They provide a 100% success ratio. In case, if the
application is rejected at any stage the paid amount is reimbursable.
Your lawyer will apply for the Federal Skilled worker Program under the
Express Entry application. To start the first step afterward, you will
be required to make the legal fee of $1000 USD/- After receiving the
payment he shall initiate with the first step. Within 5 – 7 working days
you will get the approval of the first step and then he will proceed
with the 2nd and 3rd Steps.
We respect your concerns but your confidence is of no use for us against
the Law. We will follow the legal process.
Thanks.
