Just trying to find some information.

Do we only need a job offer or do we need to accept it?

Furthermore, if I was to accept a job offer on the other side of the country and get an lmia and ITA, how long will I have to stay there in the job before I can move without any effect on my PR application?

Thanks for any advice

From my understanding, you will have to accept the job after the LMIA process has been completed
The job offer will then boost your chances in the pool and eventually speed up your PR application process
You will have to communicate your expected notice period to your new employer once you've received ITA
I hope this helps

Yeah that helps a lot! I thought I would have to wait for PR to be finalized. Thought after ITA they may ring companies and if I haven't started the job it could look bad. But who knows... I'm a sucker and not sure if I could even go through with it!
Thanks again!
