So is point 1 above has to be that I be working in Canada for that particular employer for at least 1 year? It doesn't say that specifically. Can I still get the job offer points as I'm have worked for the employer for 5 years in the last 6 years... just that not in Canada, but in the USA. And the current new job offer is for Canada

- you have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least 1 year (or an equal amount of part-time work) <--- I was with this employer in the US for 6 years. Then in Canada I'm rejoining this employer on C20 work permit does this mean that I qualify for the job offer points?
- you have a valid job offer, and <--- YES
- you have a valid work permit that is exempt from an LMIA under: <--- YES
- an international agreement
- a federal-provincial agreement
- the “Canadian interests” category
