For the job offer which is better/suitable for Express Entry?
a) a positive LMIA
b) intra-company transfer which is a LMIA exemption

Because I have both possibilities and I want to make sure I'm choosing the right one

I guess both are equally suitable . But how did you get a positive LMIA ? I also want one ..

I'm from Romania. Yes, applied from Romania for a job in Canada. The luck was from the global company (where I'm working).
Same luck can be from jobbank, but depends on you experience and what candidates are competing there.
