Hi @legalfalcon, Is there a difference between LMIA work permit and infra-company transfer (which is a LMIA exception) work permit? If yes, which is suitable for Express Entry? Will both increase the points with 50?

I'm from Romania. Yes, applied from Romania for a job in Canada. The luck was from the global company (where I'm working). Same luck can be from jobbank, but depends on you experience and what candidates are competing there.

I'm in progress (in the 8week from max12) with the LMIA - guessing a positive one :D
