Express Entry to PR

I and my husband applied for express entry and till now we have 361 ( my husband is primary and i'm the spouse ). My husband received a job offer and it's waiting for the LMIA acceptance. We both work as NOC 2173 Software engineers.

I have some questions about the process till we receive the invitation for PR:
1. The LMIA is for Express Entry section "Intended work in Canada" as an available job offer. Does he have anything to do to go to Canada to work? Like apply for a type of work permit? Or does the firm that is hiring him would do all the paper works?
2. When he will be moving to Canada can I come as well as a visitor?
3. If I want to work as well can I apply for a spousal open work permit from Canada or do I need to be in my native country?
4. If my husband has the express entry application with me as the spouse can I create another one with me as primary so I can start looking for a job in Job bank? Can I do this from Canada?

1- once you will be PR then no need for work permit as you're free to take any job.
2- if you're spouse in his application then why you need visitor visa? You will also get PR as spouse.
3- same as 1
4- if your husband gets the points which will get him ITA then you don't need to create for your.

Thanks for the response Aali005
The above questions were until we receive the ITA and PR. Now we are waiting for my husband LMIA process. After he gets it we want to move to Canada. He already has the work permit through LMIA and me (as the spouse) I waned to make sure what work permit I can submit for or just wait for my husband PR to be completed, in which case I will be automatically able to apply for any job.

The firm hiring is usually who applies for the work permit. You will need a permit to work until you receive a PR.

2. When he will be moving to Canada can I come as well as a visitor?
See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=199&top=17 & http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=196&top=17

3. If I want to work as well can I apply for a spousal open work permit from Canada or do I need to be in my native country?
You can apply from within Canada. See the link above

4. If my husband has the express entry application with me as the spouse can I create another one with me as primary so I can start looking for a job in Job bank? Can I do this from Canada?

A job offer from Canada with LMIA shall get you 50 points in express entry .The job offer has to be full time and employment after one year from year of getting PR.
if your husband gets a work permit you can apply for a OWP

Hi @legalfalcon,

Is there a difference between LMIA work permit and infra-company transfer (which is a LMIA exception) work permit?
If yes, which is suitable for Express Entry?
Will both increase the points with 50?
