To be honest, I don't know. It seems like you are in the final stage and might be getting news about your PR application within a week or so. Maybe ask a consultant or a lawyer? I just fear that you might be complicating the situation. I am not really familiar with PNPs ...I just think that the nomination and employment evaluation part is already over (initial stages) and you might cause a huge fuss without needing to. Again, I am not an expert and don't know if there will be consequences of not informing IRCC or not (again, based on that your application is almost finalized) .

Most of us checked the tracker and the GCKey account simultaneously because the tracker provides more details
I found it the background check is still in progress, and yes that is I'm afraid too, if I inform them it lead to a huge fuss
Maybe wait for a week or so before sending a web form. I am still not sure why you have to inform them. You applied for PNP and met the eligibility criteria at the time...You passed all the requirements and 90% of the stages. I would wait for a week or two and see if there is progress with the security processing. Once again, I strongly believe you should speak with a lawyer or immigration consultant first before sending anything to the IRCC. Getting the PR is already getting pretty tough.
yeah I already informed BC PNP about it because they mentioned that we should inform them about it, but IRCC not sure, also on the tracker I can see there is a note that IRCC said we received your documents on 21 Oct the day that I informed the BC PNP, and now I'm not sure if my previous company sent a webform to IRCC or the BC PNP some how has a linked mail to IRCC.
and regarding the lawyer I don't know I don't want to spend 500 CAD to just hear okay you should send or not an email to IRCC you know it's a lot of money for this thing
It seems that your application status has been updated when you informed the BC PNP with the situation (according to your tracker). I would just wait, you did your part and if your former employer was the one who sent a webform (or the BC PNP ) to inform IRCC, then it won't make any sense to resend a webform. You did your part and BC PNP didn't instruct you to notify IRCC (separately).

If you have lost your job , you are supposed to inform BC PNP and submit post nomination request online. If you already notified them , you should start looking for a new job if possible with same TEER code and then submit Post nomination request online through your account. They will ask for some documents from your employer regarding your your new job . You don’t have to notify IRCC as BC PNP will automatically update officer working on your application. If you can’t find job , PNP will revoke your nomination and IRCC will cancel your PR application so find job asap as BC PNP only give you 90 days to find mew job .

As I told you, they never give proper response unless you have emailed your Program officer or case review officer. That help centre gives you general reply as they gave you right now . Onus is on you to meet conditions of your nomination certificate. So find Job asap .
I will try my best, it's not under my control tbh, I'm sending around 20-30 resume daily right now, and what if they IRCC make a final decision in the middle of all of things, do you have any idea?
Are you going back to work with same employer? If yes then won’t be issue but if you got permanently laid off and not returning back to work with same employer, you should wait for PNP office to reply back to you. Also send another email to PNP office again now .
it was a permeant laid off, I sent another one after they sent me that response, but they told me this on their first email too

On the other hand, my wife is working at good company with a sufficed salary, so I don’t anticipate any financial issues. However, I wanted to ask if Is there a deadline I should be aware of? Also, what happens if I receive the final decision before finding a job?

We cannot speak directly to any potential impacts the change of employment may have on your ongoing permanent residence application. We do not notify IRCC of changes of circumstances on behalf of nominees – you will be responsible for notifying IRCC of any changes.
