I was a coach at the collegiate level for 9 years of a highly organized "club sport" (which means the team was not considered a varsity sport but still competed against other varsity and NCAA programs around the country). I received two payments a year from the university as compensation for coaching and running the team. Could this be considered under the job exp. section since I saw that coaching is included in accepted occupations under NOC 5252?

Not a full time job, also you have to have the criteria contained in NOC 5252 for it to be counted at all.
