Totally fake , no employer asks all these personal questions plus area code 469 phone number is for a Dallas Texas number.
This fake job offer has appeared here before as well plus at the beginning of this thread

6) DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract will have a duration of two
years and may be renewed or terminated upon the decision of one or

Almost certainly fake. Using an excuse such as logistics is nonsense, would you as employer offer a job to somone outside of the country without even speaking to them ?
An electrician role is a certified/regulated profession and no mention of that requirement
Do not share copies of any documents or pay any money
Virtually all offers for construction companies or hotels or oil/gas are fake all supported with fake cloned websites to make them look sort of genuine. Telephone area code 780 by the way is Edmonton and not Toronto.

Some job anyway 54 hrs a week and 6 days as well and very generous giving Sundays off from 10am guess church before that !!
Accommodation with a toilet that is a great benefit, who are these people who write this rubbish would always have to ask.
DEar, Applying from a location out of Canada or that country and getting job is totally fake and fraud. Unless & until, the employer has taken interview thru Skype of video, and finalized the candidate, the job offer offered directly just on the basis of cv and telephonic discussions is totally fake. They send job offers, and send papers for further process, and give some other contact details for obtaining visa or clearance certificate. After contacting the given person or agency, they demand money for this and that. Whereas they are all members of one group only and it is a chain for making people fool by way of offering jobs and then demanding money.
Unless n unless, we are interviewed face to face or thru Skype or video by not a single person but group of members, a offer cannot be valid. Because, once they get money, they put off their all contact nos, and we are lost. So please take care.

u just go thru their English carefully, u will immediately know it is fake. Secondally, t he person or employer, who demands money by any way, for any reason are all fake job offers.
If a genuine company finalizes any candidate, they will properly take Skype interview, and will take care of all the travelling expenses incurred till joining.

All well said although unfortunately people are so desperate to immigrate to Canada they lose all common sense and learn the hard way. There are so many clues that an offer is fake, no employer offers free accommodation or free flights or free food for example but people seem to think this is something everyone offers.
As for offering jobs with only an email interview well people need to ask themselves does that ever happen in their own country let alone thousands of miles/Kms away in a foreign country where a visa/permit is required.

I'm sorry but you are yet another victim of what is essentially a "419 scam", paying more and more fees for something that isn't real.
There is also a real possibility of "identity theft" as well.
