Job conformation fake or real?

I have wasted Rs.40,000/- in one fake offer, and I paid towards visa processing charges. When he demanded more, then it stuck me that it is all fake. Their agents -- which we are told to by the employers contact are all fake and big racket. Once you deposit the money and if ask them for refund then they will put off all their contact numbers. And we can never trace these people and can never get our money back.---------- This is all fake. Unless n until interview is done thru Skype or video, by a concerned HR person and heir respective hr board, it is fraud, . And genuine company will never ask for any money for any charges to pay. .. So don't pay..
Common sense. If you are applying for a job to pay YOU money why should YOU have to pay the employer anything?
To call the bluff ask them to take those costs from your future salary.

right..... if they are asking for any money by any way, then totally fake.... Genuine employer will never ask for any money, rather he will pay all travelling cost and expenses till you reach n join the duties... I got trapped and wasted Rs.45k/- by wy of visa expenses...
So have patience and search for a job whose employer inerviews you thru Skype or video interview by proper hr authority.
Assume you are aware that scammers also include that they will pay for flights to Canada, something an employer will not do for the skill levels included in these fake offers. General rule if any one of accommodation, food or free flights are proposed then will be a scam.
It is genearrly impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada unless someone has unique skills not readily available, not generally applicable to any of these fake offers.
If it looks too good to be true then it will be.
-- As told about my scam, after paying 45K, he even sent me one way flight tickets, but then was demanding more money around one, even I requested to bear all the expenses as an employer and same can be deducted from my first salary after resuming the duties, but was not agreed and then put of all his contacts even his all agents. And that money once gone is not yet refunded and I know will not be refunded as this was scam.
don't please point out common sense dear. Yes accepted, we are trapped and lost a good amount stupidly...

Almost certainly a fake as no employer provides free accommodation or flights. These are typical things offered by scammers as also are interviews by email only.
