I received a strange email saying that I have to renew my job bank account if I want it to remain active. I logged in into my job bank account and when I fill in the EE number and the activation code for the job bank, I keep receiving the warning that "the key is already in use" and I cannot access my jobbank account.
Has anyone had this problem? What to do (I already emailed their IT team the technical issue, but I can only expect an answer within 1 week and I'm afraid they will block my job bank account)?
