Man was not happy even in paradise, you see, and that is why he ended up coming on earth.
When you are in India/ Pakistan, you are probably the "laadla bacha or bachi" of the family. Parents love you so much and you keep ignoring their sacrifices. You feel everything you are getting is your right.
Once you go to abroad, most of the time you have no friends and family there. You do not need to trust anyone, but again you need some one, who will guide you and you will find some one. But no body is there to cook, clean or iron for you. Every small single thing you have to do it your own. You learn about the real life. You learn how to deal with dishonest and disloyal people. Now you know how your family was looking after you. You can't change Canada, you can't change the people around you over there. You have to change yourself. Be strong and sure that good days are just around the corner. Once you know the culture, city and its rules, things will change for you. You need to come out from your dreams and start from scratch.
All of the immigrants go through same phases. Most of them accept the challenge and become successful. After 10 years you may find that many people are working for you. You are the boss. This is the story of thousands of people (this is my personal experience in the UK).
Be strong, honest, hard worker and consistent. Things will change very quickly.
